- Step 1 — Fill Out the Initial Request Form
This is where it all begins! Filling out this form just gets the ball rolling—don’t worry, this doesn’t lock in your order yet. - Step 2 — Detailed Design Form
I’ll follow up in 2-3 business days with an email that includes a link for you to share all the details—colors, text, placement, and any high-res photos you’ve got. - Step 3 — Confirmation & Quote
Once I’ve reviewed your info, I’ll send over an official order confirmation with the final price and timeline. Painting kicks off once you give me the green light! - Step 4 — Painting
Time to bring your idea to life! I’ll hand-paint your custom bottle and send preview photos before sealing it up. - Step 5 — Approvals & Edits
Got tweaks? No problem—this is the stage to request small changes. Once it’s a thumbs-up from you, I’ll seal the artwork to make it last. - Step 6 — Payment/Pickup
I’ll send over your invoice, and payment is due once you approve the preview photos. After that, we’ll set up a local pickup (NE Ohio).

Clear, bright, high-res pics = more detail in your portrait! Blurry or low-quality images make it harder for me to get those details just right. - Rush Requests
In a hurry? I’ll try my best to make it happen—just keep in mind rush spots are limited and might come with an extra fee. - Shipping Policy
Sorry, I can’t ship alcohol. If you want your bottle shipped, it’ll need to be empty when you send it. I’ll paint it and ship it back to you. For full bottles, we’ll need to arrange local pickup or drop-off in NE Ohio.
